Before getting started, we want to reassure you on these points:

1. Your order can be edited at any time during the ordering process, right up until you submit the order, so do not worry if you make a mistake. You will be able to make changes.
2. If you submit a credit card order, when you click "Submit" you are merely submitting your order to Big Green Earth Store. Your credit card will not actually be charged until we fill the order and it is ready to be shipped.
3. The Comments box is the place where you can communicate any questions or issues that you want to accompany your order. Anything you write in this box appears with the order we receive from you.
4. Real people are at the receiving end of your order, not computers.

Adding Products To Your Cart
Click on one of the product categories in order to review the individual products within that category. Scroll down the page to review all the products within a category. When you find a product you want to look at more closely simply click on the image and a description and pricing will appear.

Each product description has an "Add to Cart" button next to it. When you click the "Add to Cart" button you are adding this product to your shopping cart. Every time you add a product to your shopping cart, you will be shown the contents of your cart. To make any changes to your cart, such as to change the quantity or remove an item, you will do it here, and then click "Update" so the changes will be saved.

If a product has sizes or colors, then you need to select the size or color you want to order before clicking "In Cart". If you want to order multiple sizes or colors of one product, you need to put each size or color in the cart separately, then click "Update". Click "Continue Shopping" to go back to the same product, or select a Product Category on the left side of your screen to find other products. To go back to the Home Page of the website at any time, click the Big Green Earth Store Logo at the top left of the page.

A running total of your order appears on the upper right hand corner of your screen for your convenience. If you want to make a change to your order at any time, click on "View Cart" (upper right corner) and you will be given the opportunity to edit your order.

Any time you want to move to another product category or another product within a category, click the category title you want on the upper left corner of your screen. Then choose the product or products you want within that category.

STEP TWO:

Submitting your Order
When you are ready to submit your order, you will click the "Checkout" key at the center or upper right corner of your screen.

Once you click the "Checkout" key you will be asked to "Sign in". If you are a registered online customer then enter your email address and password to enter. If you do not remember your password, click "Password Forgotten?". and then check your email immediately, where an automated message from us will provide this information for you.

If you are a new online customer then enter a user name and password and write it down somewhere convenient for the next time you place an online order with Big Green Earth Store. Remember, even if you are an established customer of ours, but this is your first online order, then you are considered a "new customer" in this context.

Once you get to the payment section please follow the on screen instructions.

STEP THREE:

Communicating with Big Green Earth Store
The "Add Comments About Your Order" box is the place where you can communicate any questions or issues that you want to accompany your order. If you want us to call you before filling your order, request it here. If you want to specify a future ship date, do it here. Anything you write in this box appears with the order we receive from you, so there is no chance that we will fill your order without responding to any queries stated here.

The .Comments. box appears only during Checkout and it is the place where you can state any special requests . Real people are at the receiving end of your order, not computers.

If you wish to communicate with us prior to placing an order, then click "Contact Us" and we will receive an email message from you without an accompanying order.
